In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any real-money feature on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and clen4d in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, warranties, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

clen4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain a clen4d Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law, and you do so entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility;
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by clen4d's compliance framework;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a clen4d employee or business partner;
• You have not previously had a clen4d Account closed, suspended, or terminated for cause;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, on the Platform.

clen4d primarily serves players based in Indonesia. You acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you access and use the Platform entirely at your own discretion, judgment, and legal risk. clen4d makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

To access real-money features on the Platform, you must register a Member Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a valid mobile phone number.

4.1 — One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or via different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.2 — Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify clen4d immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. clen4d will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorized access remains your sole responsibility.

4.3 — Accuracy of Information

You must keep your Account information accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balances. clen4d reserves the right to require documentary proof of any information provided.

clen4d operates a KYC verification program to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of its Members. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request and may be triggered at any time at clen4d's discretion.

5.1 — Documents Required

When requested, you must provide clear copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID such as a KTP (Indonesian National ID Card), Passport, or SIM (Indonesian Driving License);
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last three months, showing your full name and Indonesian residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used to deposit funds, showing your name and account number.

5.2 — Verification Timeline

clen4d aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. clen4d is not liable for any delays attributable to a Member's failure to submit complete or legible documentation.

5.3 — Right to Refuse or Delay

clen4d reserves the right to refuse, delay, or suspend a withdrawal request at any time where KYC documentation has not been provided, where documents provided are deemed insufficient, or where clen4d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

clen4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following local payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

clen4d does not charge fees on standard IDR deposits or withdrawals via the payment methods listed above. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside clen4d's control and are your sole responsibility.

6.2 — Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit. clen4d reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion.

6.3 — Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed on a best-efforts basis with an average processing time of 15 minutes for accounts in good standing that have completed KYC verification. Processing times may be longer during scheduled system maintenance windows, Indonesian public holidays, or periods of unusually high transaction volume. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

6.4 — Withdrawal to Matched Account Only

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — the same name as your clen4d Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined. clen4d may require documentary proof that the destination account belongs to you.

6.5 — Currency

All Account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). clen4d does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

clen4d offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

7.1 — Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x requirement means you must wager a total of Rp 3.000.000 before any winnings become withdrawable). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

7.2 — Bonus Abuse & Collusion

clen4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including (but not limited to): opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, colluding with other Members, or exploiting a technical error or loophole in the Platform's bonus calculation system.

7.3 — Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of activation. Bonus Balance and associated pending winnings that are not wagered through before expiry will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.

All bets and wagers placed on the clen4d Platform — whether on sportsbook markets (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, E-sports such as Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile), live casino tables, slot games, video poker, or any other product — are subject to the specific game and betting rules displayed within each respective product area of the Platform.

8.1 — Bet Confirmation

A bet is not valid and binding until it has been confirmed by the clen4d system and a bet reference number has been issued. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been accepted correctly. clen4d is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Member's end.

8.2 — Sportsbook Markets

All sportsbook odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet confirmation. clen4d offers mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets across all major football competitions. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the Platform and may be suspended at any time. Settled odds are final once confirmed by the official result from the relevant sport's governing body.

8.3 — Void Bets

clen4d reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical or human error — at any time before or after the event result is determined. In the event a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to your Real-Money Balance.

8.4 — Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day on all product types. These limits are published within the relevant product's rules section. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout limit will be paid only up to the stated maximum; the excess will not be payable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the clen4d Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated process to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or mis-priced odds (commonly referred to as "arbing" or "odds exploitation");
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any unlawful activity;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a legitimate payment to clen4d with your bank or payment provider;
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction via a VPN or proxy service;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or offensive behaviour toward clen4d staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the clen4d Platform — including but not limited to the clen4d name, logo, domain name, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, data compilations, page layouts, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of clen4d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content or software without clen4d's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, clen4d, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if clen4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

clen4d does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

In no event shall clen4d's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount you deposited into your clen4d Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

clen4d collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

clen4d will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be disclosed to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or fraud prevention organisations where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to protect clen4d's legitimate interests.

• Your Account has been used for or in connection with any prohibited, fraudulent, or unlawful activity;
• Your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, its games, or other Members;
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute against clen4d.

Upon termination for cause, clen4d may, at its sole discretion, forfeit all or part of your Account balance, including any Real-Money Balance, Bonus Balance, and pending withdrawals, to the extent permissible under applicable law.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting clen4d support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure in good standing, any verified Real-Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

clen4d may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing the revised version on the Platform with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Material changes — including those affecting your legal rights or financial obligations — will be communicated to your registered email address at least 7 days prior to taking effect where practically possible.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which clen4d holds its international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and clen4d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting clen4d's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of initial notification, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause prevents clen4d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
