• Active Account Data: Retained for the full duration of your account's active status plus a minimum of 5 years following account closure, to satisfy financial record-keeping and anti-money-laundering obligations;
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of submission or account closure, whichever is later;
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction;
• Customer Support Records: Retained for 3 years from the date of last interaction;

If clen4d becomes aware that a Member is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and the personal data of the underage individual will be securely deleted as quickly as legally permissible. Any deposits made by an underage user will be returned to the payment source used, net of any processing fees already incurred.
